We also have lenders who will consider more specialised commercial securities including pubs, clubs, service- stations, child care centres, franchises and rent rolls.
If your business tax returns are unavailable, we have low doc commercial lenders who will consider your scenario.
Borrow up to 75% of the purchase price or valuation with interest only or principal and interest repayments.
Loan terms are for periods up to 20yrs.
