Jessica Brizuela

Jessica joined the EFS team in February of 2006. She completed her Bachelor of Economics at the University of Wollongong and is close to completing the Masters of Applied Finance. As the Relationship Manager at EFS, she provides specialist support to the team with her intimate knowledge of wrap products and the financial planning process. More importantly Jessica strives to provide clients with excellent customer service whenever they require assistance with the administration of their portfolios. Jessica loves watching the Parramatta Eels win their games and brag about it. She also spends a lot of her spare time at the gym and loving her pets.

NSW Government slugs buyers with new sales tax on property.

On 12 May, 2010 the Minister for Lands, Tony Kelly, confirmed a new tax would begin on 1 July, 2010 on the sale of property. This tax will be levied on the buyer as an additional cost when purchasing property.
